Can I have a refund if I can no longer take part?
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds. This is due to the costs associated in the preparation and planning of the event.

Am I able to transfer my place to someone else?
Yes – Your entry into the Event is transferable, meaning that another person can compete in the Event under your competitor number in your place should you wish to Transfer. No refund will be made and there is a minimum charge of at least £10 (Plus admin charges) to be paid by the transferee. The deadline for transferring your entry is 28th August 2022. Just head to your Realbuzz Members Hub to transfer your entry. In the event You are found to have transferred your race entry to another person, without following the Event procedure your race number will be disqualified from the Event. 

Am I able to transfer my place to another Front Runner Event?
Yes - You are able to transfer your entry into another Front Runner Event, you will not be subject to a fee and you will not receive a refund of any difference of entry cost. All transfers can be done via your Realbuzz Members Hub. All transfers must be made no later than 3rd June 2022 (to move to Swansea Half) and no later than 31st July 2022 (to move to Cardiff 10K). In the event you are found to have transferred your race entry to another person, without following the event procedure, your number will be disqualified from the race and jeopardise entry at future races.

Can I defer my entry to next year's race?
Yes – Your entry into the Event can be deferred. Deferment can occur once and must be into the subsequent event. No refund will be made and the guaranteed place into the following year's event will be subject to the standard entry fee. The deadline for deferring your entry is the Friday 16th September 2022. Once withdrawn, your entry cannot be reinstated. You will be required to "claim" your deferral into the following year's race, failure to do so will result in loss of your entry.

What are the start time and location of the race?
The race will start outside of Parc Y Scarlets at 9am.

Is there a baggage area?
The baggage lorry will be located in the East Stand Car Park at Parc Y Scarlets.

Will water be available on the course?
There will be water stops on the route and one at the finish.

Where do I collect my race pack?

Race packs will be posted out to the runners approximately 2 weeks prior to the event date. There will be NO race day collections.

What is in my race pack?
Your race pack contains your race number with integrated timing chip, along with safety pins and other relevant information.

Can I register on the day?
No – there will be no entry or registration on the day for half marathon.

Is there a cut off time?
Yes, there is a cut off time of 4 hours.

Are there toilets on the course?
Yes, there will be toilets located throughout the course.

If I suffer an injury on race day, what support is available?
Professional medical staff will be available at Parc Y Scarlets and along the course should you face difficulties

Can I raise money for charity?
Yes, you will need to contact them directly for a fundraising pack.

Can I run in fancy dress?
Running in fancy dress is welcomed, however if your outfit is likely to impede other runners please contact info@frontrunnerevents.co.uk

Can I run with headphones?
We do not actively promote the wearing of headphones however should you wish to do so please wear one ear bud to allow you to listen to all race briefing information.

Will there be a photographer on the day? 
Yes, you will be able to purchase your official race photographs.
